COMPRESSOR ACCESSORIES

1. HYDRAULIC HOSE PIPE:-

Are used to transfer energy-generating liquid between different components to form a complete hydraulic circuit. A hydraulic hose is specifically designed to convey hydraulic fluid to or among hydraulic components, valves, actuators, and tools. It is typically flexible, often reinforced, and usually constructed with several layers of reinforcement since hydraulic systems frequently operate at high or very high pressures. Hydraulic hose is used in a variety of industrial hydraulic systems. Dimensions, performance specifications, construction options, and features are important parameters to consider when searching for hydraulic hose.

2. V-BELT:-

V belts are power transmitting element. It has a trapezoidal cross section and has many types depending on power rating (A,B,C,D,E),it has good frictional grip than a flat belt but less efficiency .Used in applications where center distance is limited.

3. FRL UNITS:-

  • Modern and streamlined product outlook. Robust design in aluminium pressure die casting.
  • Easy to mount with flush pressure gauge.
  • Higher Filter and lubricator bowl capacity.
  • High air flow capacities.
  • 1/8 “ to 1” port sizes.

4. TEMP AND PRESSURE GAUGES:-

Instruments used to measure and display pressure in an integral unit are called pressure gauges or vacuum gauges. Temperature gauges measure the thermal state of a homogeneous substance. The most widely used measuring methods rely on temperature-dependent physical and material characteristics.

5. AUTODRAIN VALVES :-

We are the leading manufacturer of Air Compressor Auto Drain Valve which are manufactured with high grade raw material. These products are tested as per the international standards of quality to ensure high performance without any delays. We offer an advanced range of Auto Drain Valves that are used for purifying the air by getting it rid of the pollutants. Furthermore, these Auto Drain Valves are used for condensate draining and suitable for equipment like air dryers, compressors and moisture separator. Our Auto Drain Valves are installed with an arrangement of on-time & off time variable settings for efficient function.

6. TUBING AND FITTINGS:-

Pneumatic Fittings Pneumatic fittings are parts used to connect sections of pipe, tube, and hose in pneumatic (pressurized gas) systems. Compared to hydraulic fittings, pneumatic fittings are typically characterized by tighter seals and lower pressure requirements. They are frequently used in pneumatic logic control systems and instrumentation. Pneumatic Pipes, Tubes, and Hoses .

Duncan push-in fittings are made from Acetal resin moulded with nickel plated brass insert. It uses NBR (Nitrile) rubber "U" cup for creating a leakproof joint with PU tube when it is inserted into the push in fitting. The PU tube is locked inside the fitting by using S S lock claws with a unique profile to prevent accidental release of PU tube. However, the PU tube can be easily released when required, by pressing down on "release sleeve" with a finger and pulling the tube out without any tool.

Duncan BSPT push-in fittings are pre-coated with Teflon thread sealant while BSPP push-in fittings are provided with face sealing "O" ring to create a leak-proof joint where push-in fitting is fitted on.

7. Heat exchanger :- intercooler and after cooler

A heat exchanger is a device used to transfer heat between two or more fluids. Heat exchangers are used in both cooling and heating processes.

Intercoolers are utilized to remove the waste heat from the first stage of two-stage air compressors. Two-stage air compressors are manufactured because of their inherent efficiency. The cooling action of the intercooler is principally responsible for this higher efficiency, bringing it closer to Carnot efficiency. Removing the heat-of-compression from the discharge of the first stage has the effect of densifying the air charge. This, in turn, allows the second stage to produce more work from its fixed compression ratio.

Aftercoolers are heat exchangers for cooling the discharge from a air compressor. They use either air or water and are an effective means of removing moisture from compressed air. Aftercoolers reduce the amount of water vapor in a compressed air system by condensing the water vapor into liquid form. In a distribution or process manufacturing system, liquid water causes significant damage to equipment.

You will get Aftercooler, Intercooler, and Oil Cooler for Atlas Copco, Chicago Pneumatic, Crepelle, ThomeCrepelle, ABC Air & Industrial Gas Compressor.

8. Pressure switch: -

A pressure switch is a form of switch that closes an electrical contact when a certain set fluid pressure has been reached on its input. A pressure switch for sensing fluid pressure contains a capsule, bellows, Bourdon tube, diaphragm or piston element that deforms or displaces proportionally to the applied pressure. The switch may be designed to make contact either on pressure rise or on pressure fall.

Pressure switches are widely used in industry to automatically supervise and control systems that use pressurized fluids.

9. Air Receiver:-

An air receiver tank is an integral and important part of any compressed air system. Typically a receiver tank is sized at 6-10 times the flow rate of the system. In a compressed air system, a receiver tank provides the following benefits:

  • The receiver tank acts as a reservoir of compressed air for peak demands.
  • The receiver tank will help remove water from the system by allowing the air a chance to cool.
  • The receiver tank minimizes pulsation in the system caused by a reciprocating compressor or a cyclic process downstream.
